Terms & Shipping
PROCESSING TIME: Please be sure that you have given us the e-mail address where you
want your proof sent to. It is very important that you check this e-mail regularly once you have
placed an order. Good communication between us will help ensure that the end result is just as
you envisioned. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!

Once payment and design approval have been received (both of these things must happen before
printing can begin), it will take 1-3 working days (M-F) to get the order processed and ready for
shipping.

Processing time could be a little longer for orders of over 100 items or during certain times of the
year, such as holidays and special occasions (Graduation, Wedding). Please contact us as soon
as possible (3-4 weeks in advance of your larger event is ideal)  to allow for planning, design
changes,  design approval,  processing, shipping, and delivery.

RUSH ORDERS:  If there are less than 6 days (M-F) between initial contact and desired date of
delivery, you will incur a Rush Order Fee. 
This is in addition to upgraded/expedited shipping fees.
You will receive an invoice before processing begins.

PHOTOS: You may e-mail a photo. If you send a photo by postal mail, it will be returned with your
order. You may use any photo that you have taken yourself. If you would like to use a professional
photograph, you are required to send us a signed letter of release from the photographer, on
company letterhead paper, that states that the photo may be used for the candy wrapper (label,
etc.). This is not usually difficult to obtain. Simply contact the photographer and request a signed
letter of release, on company letterhead. The release needs to state that the photo may be used on
the candy wrapper, label, etc. Photos must be in .png or .jpg,  format.

PROOFS: You will receive a FREE proof! Please be sure to let us know which e-mail address
you would like your proof sent to!  Once we have completed your design, we will send you an
e-mail containing an image of your design for you to approve. Please check carefully for spelling
errors and design placement. This is extremely important, as we need both your payment AND
your approval before printing will begin.

COLOR MATCHING:  We do our best to match school/club/wedding/theme colors. Color
matching is not guaranteed. Please be aware that there may be variations in color between what
you see on your monitor and what actually prints. This is normal and is due to the way the colors
are rendered in each method. You may send us an invitation or color swatch to guide us in
designing your wrapper.
E-mail us to make arrangements for this.  If you would prefer to see a
printed proof, be sure to let us know, and allow more time for mailing of the proof. There will be a
fee for mailing a proof. See the Pricing page for this fee.

PAYMENT:  Payment must be made before your order will be processed.  Payment for local
orders will be due at time of delivery.

All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.

We prefer PayPal. PayPal is a secure method of sending your payment. You may use PayPal, even
if you do not have an account. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.

For orders being shipped, payment must be received in full (including shipping charges) before
the order will be printed. For local delivery, payment is due upon delivery of your order to you.


PRINTING:  Printing will begin once payment and design approval have been received.  Allow 1-3
working days(M-F) for processing.


RETURNS/REFUNDS:  Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a problem with your order,
please contact us immediately.

If there is an error on
our part, the order will be reprinted immediately, and shipped at no cost to
you. If the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned. We will refund the return shipping
fee upon receipt of the order.

If there is an error on
your part, you may choose to have the order reprinted at a reduced cost to
you. If the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned at
 your expense. If you approved the
proof and then notice an error, please contact us immediately. This will save some time and could
help keep you from incurring shipping charges on the misprinted items.

SHIPPING

 
Shipping rates as of June 2008

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope:  $5.00

USPS Express Flat Rate Envelope (Guaranteed overnight to most areas) $17.00

Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail. Other arrangements may be made. You will be invoiced for
additional shipping charges, if needed.

Please include your shipping address, along with personalization information, and special
instructions, in the "note to seller" area when checking out. If you forgot, you may also
e-mail us
with your information.

Be sure to include a valid e-mail address. Check your e-mail frequently. We use the e-mail
address you provide in order to communicate with you and send your proof.

You should receive your order in 2-3 days. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is a
problem with your order,
contact us immediately.

NOTE:  Candy is not included. The reasons for this are:

    1.  Shipping charges will be less - candy is heavy!
    2.  Avoids melting and breakage during shipment.
    3.  Ensures the candy will be fresh for your event.
